Local residents will already be aware of the frequently occurring traffic chaos along the High Street and knock on impacts to surrounding roads; KAUS are collating evidence to support this to present to Braintree District Council.

With more house building already taking place on London Road, Kelvedon, and with extensive developments proceeding all along the A12 corridor, there is already a critical lack of resilience of local roads; this is set to get worse, not better.

🚧Proposed upgrades to the A12 and A120 have been shelved and accidents and delays on these roads impact us as local residents now on an almost daily basis. Residents are rightly concerned about pollution, delays, historic buildings and traffic and pedestrian safety.

📸KAUS urge residents to continue sharing your photos of traffic issues and congestion with us, so we can use these to highlight to Braintree District Council the strain our roads are already under.
